About Woodry Quadra
Tell me about your journey to real estate.
Since graduating from UC Berkeley, I have held a variety of positions and had my own businesses. However, I did not find any of those endeavors personally satisfying. I first became interested in real estate when I purchased my first home. I found the process fascinating. After buying and selling my second home, I decided to seek my real estate license. I was not satisfied with the experience of selling my second home. I did not feel my agent was concerned with my needs and simply wanted to make a sale whether or not it was right for me. My goal is to never have a client feel that way about any transaction I am involve in.
What most excites you about your work?
Being able to help people excites me the most. The home buying/selling process can certainly be stressful and exhausting. I am happy to ease that burden.
Anything else you'd like to tell people about yourself?
I am a native Spanish speaker. I have deep ties to the San Francisco Bay Area. I have lived here for most of my life. I raised my children in San Francisco and their father is a native San Franciscan. I speak Spanish and have some creative ideas to ensure properties move quickly.
What do you look for in a neighborhood?
An ideal neighborhood obviously varies from person to person depending on a myriad of factors. The most important factor for me is safety. In my experience, if a neighborhood is safe, neighbors are friendlier which improves my quality of life. Secondly, my ideal neighborhood should have easy access to transportation, restaurants, entertainment and public offices.
What would be a magical power you would want to have?
The power to read minds, it would certainly make business transactions easier. However, I would need to learn to turn if off when dealing with my sons. I don’t want to hear what they are thinking.
