About Ted Truong
DESCRIBE your journey to real estate.
My journey to real estate started when had the opportunity to sell my first home to one of my closest friends in 2003. To be able to help one of my closest friends make an important decision in his life, become a first time home buyer, and jump starting his investment in the real estate industry was a really amazing feeling.
What most excites you about your work?
1. To see all of my hard work come to fruition. 2. To be able to see clients transition a "diamond in the rough" into what they call home. 3. Meeting different walks of life. All of these things excite and inspire me about this industry that I'm in.
What are three words your clients would use to describe you?
Energetic. Genuine. Exclusive.
Where can we find you when you're not working?
Either doing something in the great outdoors or Crossfit. Whether if it's a weekend trip to Yosemite during the summer, snowboarding at Lake Tahoe or just throwing in a session of Crossfit, I love to be active!
What Bay Area city would you like to live in and why?
I would have to say Pacifica. I enjoy the small town feel the town brings. Plus, being able to watch the sun setting over the ocean right from my living room and watching a family of whales cruising by at one of the scenic areas is priceless!
What do you love to do in your spare time?
I've been into photography for a few years originally for fun and just creating lifetime memories with family and friends. Lately, I've been diving into more of the natural landscape around the bay area. You'll never know what you just might find that day. One of the most challenging photos is trying to take a snapshot of the fog slowly drifting through the Golden Gate Bridge.
What is one of your dream vacations?
I would say going back to Mo'orea, Tahiti! Staying in one of the resorts there that have the bungalow over the water, jumping off of their diving pad to go snorkeling all day in the clear blue water, it was just priceless.
What is the strangest activity on your bucket list?
Having a picnic with my wife on a hot-air balloon!
