About Sabrina Kwok
Describe your journey to real estate.
I started as a transaction coordinator at Sequoia Real Estate. In my position, I discovered my passion for this industry. So, I decided to make that big career jump that most are afraid of. I quit my position as a transaction coordinator to become a full time Realtor.
What are three words your clients would use to describe you?
Responsible, Adaptable, Attentive
What most excites you about your work?
The rewarding feeling after helping my clients reach their goals in real estate, the different challenges I face everyday, and the flexibility of my work schedule which enables me to spend more time with my family.
Where can we find you when you're not working?
When I am not working, I love hanging out with my family and our 3-year-old shih tzu, Momo. Since Momo is still very active, I’ll bring her to a local park to run wild and play with the neighbors' dogs. At home, I enjoy cooking but I hate washing dishes – who doesn’t? I actually find many of my recipes inspiration from YouTube and hope for the best when I recreate them. If my schedule allows, you can also find me volunteering at the Glide Memorial Church or catching up on my Chinese dramas.
What would be impossible for you to give up?
It would be impossible for me to give up my family and friends. This may be surprising, but I would never give up any life experience, good or bad, because they've shown me how strong a person can be.
What are the three things you cannot do without?
Friends and family- They are always there for me.
Cell phone - emails, calls, schedules/reminders, notes, alarms
Chopsticks- likes to eat everything with chopsticks including chips and spaghetti.
WHAT'S THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU'VE COME ACROSS?
Stop worrying about what everyone is thinking about you, because they are too busy worrying about the same thing to care.
As a native San Franciscan, Sabrina is very comfortable with all the SF districts and can navigate around with ease. She also lived in Hong Kong for three years during grade school and refined her abilities to speak Cantonese and Mandarin.
Growing up in the occupationally diverse Bay Area, she was exposed to several different industries as a young adolescent. At 16 years old, Sabrina learned about the sense of responsibility that comes with employment. Not only did she learn how to be responsible in the customer service industry, but Sabrina discovered that she loved helping others. It is because of these past experiences that motivated her to get a degree in Child and Adolescent Development from San Francisco State University.
Sabrina has extended her propensity for giving back to the community by working part-time as a Program Assistant at Francis Scott Key Elementary in the Outer Sunset. The majority of her time is devoted to helping her clients meet their real estate needs. Whether it be searching for homes to buy or helping a client sell their property, Sabrina is willing to go the extra mile to make sure her clients’ needs are met.
Sabrina is a fantastic realtor! After few months of house hunting in an extremely competitive San Francisco market, Sabrina got us our first home. Sabrina was there every step of the way, never pressuring us and always providing the best information possible. She was very responsive to all of our requests and incredibly knowledgeable. We really appreciated all of her advice and guidance. She connected us with exceptional mortgage professionals and contractors. She is very sincere and honest person who would go out her way to assist her clients. Thank you, Sabrina!

Sabrina is GREAT to work with! Being someone with lots of questions, she answered all of my questions in a timely manner and on matters she was not familiar with she researched and got back to me the next day. She provided guidance and kept me on track. It is an absolute pleasure and I am looking forward to working with her again!

Sabrina was awesome to work with! She was very responsive and every question we had was answered promptly. We were able to get into a house in SF for asking price...wait what? Yea, asking price. Thats unheard of these days. She also recommended a great contractor for our remodeling needs. Thank you Sab!

Sabrina helped us purchase our home in April 2016. We could not be happier with Sabrina's performance. From the first meeting, she was very professional, but also friendly. She is a master of the details when it came to preparing the home for sale and throughout the entire process. Buying a home comes with mountains of forms and Sabrina always made sure we knew exactly what we were signing, explaining each so they were understandable. She established a good professional relationship with the seller's agent that also made the sale a very smooth one. If you are looking to buy a home on the Peninsula, we highly recommend Sabrina.
