Natalia has over 12 years of experience with thousands of sales and contracts closed within the companies she founded. Her focus, activities as an entrepreneur and studies have always been on real estate and urbanization, and now in blockchain.

When the transaction began, Fomina was located in Hong Kong, the buyer was in New York, seller was in Northern California, and the escrow agent was in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Bitcoin-to-Bitcoin sale of 10 acres of land in Southern California was processed through Propy's Transaction Platform. Every step of the conveyance was executed via Ethereum smart contracts.
