About Mayra Espinosa
DESCRIBE YOUR JOURNEY TO REAL ESTATE.
I started my Real Estate career in 2004. I was curious about the buying and selling process after I purchased my first house 20 years ago. A couple years later, I meet a local real estate broker who asked me, "Why don't you get your real estate license? There is a need for Spanish/English (bilingual) real estate agents in the Bay Area.” I thought, why not?
What I learned after buying a house is that the most important aspect is to have open communication and mutual trust with prospective buyers and sellers and to educate them about the process and procedures so when they are ready to move forward, they can make a well-informed decision. My goal and foremost priority is to negotiate and work on behalf of my client's best interest. During the 2007-2013 recession, I worked on helping many homeowners avoid foreclosure.
