About Grethell Fernandez
Tell me about your journey to real estate.
My decision to pursue real estate comes from the countless hours I spend watching Home & Garden Television (HGTV). Even as a child, Saturday cartoons were not a priority. The network focuses on anything from real estate, flipping homes, interior design & architecture. It has always reminded me of the passion I have to fulfill the needs and dreams of others. The excitement I feel from watching the shows comes from the joyful moments when people purchase their first home or walk into a newly renovated home. It wasn't long before I decided to make necessary changes that would lead me into the world of real estate. I am grateful to finally be here.
